In 2022, two expat developers met at a co-working space in Hong Kong, frustrated by geo-restrictions blocking access to cutting-edge AI tools in their home countries. They saw a gap: while AI subscriptions like ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro were transforming productivity, users in 38 countries couldn't pay due to regional bans or credit card limits. Neuronshop was born as a crypto-only marketplace, accepting USDT and other stablecoins to bypass banking barriers, enabling instant, secure access without KYC—turning a global inequality into a seamless solution.
